What Sets Us Apart
Discipleship Works stands apart because we bring accredited, accessible theological education directly to underserved communities around the world, using a flexible, affordable model that meets people where they are. Most importantly, we focus on developing local, self-sustaining leadership, empowering graduates to strengthen their own churches and transform their communities with confidence and biblical depth.
A Focus on People
We focus on people by removing barriers to theological education and investing in mentorship that helps individuals grow into confident, culturally grounded leaders who strengthen their own communities.
A Focus on Quality Learning
We offer accredited, biblically grounded training through flexible TEE methods, strengthened by global partnerships and personal mentorship that make theological education rigorous, practical, and culturally relevant.
A Focus on Ministry
We focus on ministry by grounding all training, mentorship, and partnerships in real-life church contexts so that students grow not only in knowledge but in their ability to serve, shepherd, and strengthen their local communities.
Why Do These Matter?
These commitments matter because they form leaders who are truly transformed—grounded in accessible, high‑quality, ministry‑rooted training that equips them to strengthen churches and communities with confidence and integrity.
